Q: What's included in the VIP experience?

Q: Can I bring a lawn chair?

A: Yes, lawn chairs are permitted! There will be a dedicated area for lawn chairs, and attendees can use lawn chairs behind the crowd later in the evening. The property has slight elevation, so those sitting at the back should be able to see over the crowd.

Q: I noticed Route 905 upgraded ticketing platforms to Showpass! I bought a ticket on the previous platform, what happens now?

A: Anyone who purchased a ticket with our previous provider has been sent a new, reissued ticket. The ticket will be sent to the email that originally purchased the tickets.

Q: Is camping available at Route 905?

A: Camping is not available at Route 905 for 2026.

Q: What is the bag policy for the event?
-
A: Route 905 has a strict bag policy in place. Guests may bring a small clutch bag or purse up to 6” x 9”. Medical and diaper bags may be allowed, subject to security approval, and no backpacks, drawstring, or duffel bags will be permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Q: How can I apply to be a food vendor/marketplace vendor/volunteer/ambassador/performer?

A: While food vendor and performer applications are officially closed, those interested in being involved as a marketplace vendor, volunteer or ambassador can apply via the "get involved" tab on our website!

Q: What time will gates open?

A: On each day, gates will open at 3:00 PM.

Q: Is there parking available on site?

A: Yes, there is on-site parking available. Parking passes can be purchased on Showpass, our official ticketing provider. Spots are limited, so get your passes sooner than later!

Q: Are external food and beverages permitted inside the venue?

A: No, external food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue, but there will be a full bar, as well as numerous food trucks of all sorts of varieties inside the venue! *Plastic water bottles with the factory seal still intact excepted*

Q: Will there be opportunities for artist meet and greets?

A: Yes, there will be opportunities for a meet and greet with select artists! Keep your eyes on our social media pages for announcements to come.

Q: Is this an all-ages event?

A: Yes, it is! Children 10 and under attend free.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket?

A: No, we will be scanning tickets directly off your phone. Simply pull up your ticket from the confirmation email you received after your purchase, or from the Showpass app.

Q: Can I bring a camera or recording equipment?

A: Cameras or recording equipment are not permitted, excluding cell phones.

Q: How do I participate in the Breakout Artist Showcase?

A: From now till May 15th, submit a video of your original country song HERE, and you could walk away with a performance slot at Route 905 Country Festival, an on-air interview, plus a career-boosting prize pack from Birthday Cake Records!
